Symptoms

Sales Order Entry (P42101) and Order Address Information (P4006)

After upgrading from release 9.0 to 9.2, if Vertex is active (even if used only for Payroll and not used for Sales tax) users are no longer able to revise the Order Address information for the Ship To from P42101 in add mode.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. P7306 Vertex is active in the constants (needed for payroll)
2. P42101 Enter an order and take the Order Address link to P4006.
3. In P4006 the Ship To address information is disabled and user sees warning 42B69

Update Order Address From Header
Cause: This order is being processed in a Vertex-enabled environment. Vertex-sensitive address fields cannot be modified.
Resolution: Update the Ship to address through the Sales Order Header Revisions form, if Vertex is used.
