Symptoms

When using the P90CA080 and clicking on the Service tab, the system will call P90CA08E. This form will have tabs to the Equipment Master, Service Contracts, Cases and Service Work Orders. Each of these options can be
selected to access a different application, however it is only possible to specify a version for the P1721. Below is how accessing these applications from the P90CA080/P90CA08E works currently:

P90CA08E - Equipment Master (no processing options)
- Has access to P90CD001, but only version ZJDE0001
P90CA08S - Service Contract (no processing options)
- Has access to P1721, and the version specified in the P90CA080 can be used
P90CA08C - Customer Case (no processing options)
- Has access to P90CG501, but only version ZJDE0001
P90CA08W - Customer Service Work Order (no processing options)
- Has access to P90CD002, but only version ZJDE0001

The request is to allow users to call different versions of the P90CD001, P90CG501 and P90CD002 when accessing them from the CRM Customer Detail, P90CA080.
