Symptoms

After upgrade to tools release 9.2.2.4 E1 User (who is non-Administrator windows user) cannot do grid/export after E1 Grid ActiveX has been installed with Windows Administrator Login
Upon clicking Grid Export icon, Copy Error pop-up "Setup cannot copy the file jdeexpimpU.ocx"
