Symptoms

This is a New installation of JDE Application Release 9.2. After Applying the UN2(E920 Update 2), there are Special Instructions to run the following R8942I0* OUTBOUND TC'S.

R8942I01/F42I021(Outbound Inventory Item Balance)
R8942I04/F42I03 (Outbound Order Consumption Report File)
R8942I05/F42I011(Outbound Inventory Agreement Details)
R8942I06/F42I07 (Outbound Inventory Agreement Details Change History)
R8942I07/F42I09 (Outbound Hold and Return Transactions)
R8942I08/F42I015 (Outbound Inventory Agreement Transaction File)
R8942I09/F42I08 (Replenishment Quantity and Price Override Table)
R8942I010/F42I010 (Outbound Inventory Agreement Master)
R8942I011/F42I02 (Outbound Inventory Agreement Acknowledge)
R8942I012/F42I06 (Outbound Inventory Agreement Master Change History)

All the above TC's are failing with following messages in Jde.log:
