E!: 31B: Include Actual Start Date (WASDT) in F31B66 To Be Used As Filter In R31B802 (Doc ID 2466318.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 29, 2018

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Blend Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

E1 9.2 / Blend Operation Accounting, R31B802
             Blend Transactions, F31B66

Currently, the R31B802 From/Thru processing options use the F31B66 Closed Date (WOCDATE).
Requested: In order to narrow the scope of operations to be processed, request to include blend operation Actual Start Date/Time field (WASDT) in the F31B66 so that it can be used in the R31B802 Data Selection as an additional filter.

Example:
R31B802 Processing From/Through Dates = 09/01/2018 to 09/30/2018 and GL Date (Default tab) = Aug 31 2018.
Result – All of the following operations were closed (operation status changed to CLOSED) in September, however, want only the first two to be accounted/posted:
Op# 14182 -Actual Start Date – Aug.10
Op# 14408 -Actual Start Date – Aug.15
Op# 14590 -Actual Start Date – Sept.02 – do not want this one to post in August
