Symptoms

When executing custom J5500012 consumer BSSV from E1 P4915 to get UPS rates it fails with "UPS Rate Web service: HTTP transport error: java.io.IOException: Connection closed, EOF detected" error messages. Customer used Doc ID 2310954.1 to add the TLS protocols to 'Default Domain' server: -Dweblogic.security.SSL.minimumProtocolVersion=TLSv1, but still fails. The protocols were added via WLS under OSB Server > Server Start tab > Arguments.
