Symptoms
Where Colombian localization is being used, the F76CUI04 table (Tax Detail for Distribution - Work File) does not write withholding information after a price change on an existing sales order. In Sales Order Entry (P4210) when a two line sales order is placed where both lines meet the minimum amount to trigger withholding, and then one line is changed to so that the total is below that minimum amount to withhold, the system does not write withholding for that line to the F76CUI04 table because it does not consider the value on that line as part of the order total. The system should still include withholding on the changed line since withholdings are based on order total and not order line.
