E1: 51: Need to Add Method of Computation That Will Not Subtotal in JSI Using MOC T (Doc ID 2467092.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 01, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Project Costing - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Currently, when a Method of Computation is applied to a job with LOD 8 and 9, JSI subtotals the job at LOD 8 automatically using MOC ‘T – Total’. The customer is requesting an additional MOC be created that will not automatically subtotal when querying in JSI. Rather, this new MOC would function like MOC ‘D – Default’ at the subtotal level, meaning that rather than totaling all of the LOD 9 accounts rolling up into LOD 8, the system would calculate HA using one of the two formulas AA+ PA or RBLA, whichever is greater.
