Speed Operation Update, P31B96

Hard error 'Closure will cause negative inventory' (31B2) is generated when closing (status = CLOSED) when closing an additive operation (ADDT) with Operation Search (P31B94) or Operation Speed Update (P31B96) and sufficient inventory (P41202) IS available. The operation can only be closed if the operation's additive item Loc/Lot is re-entered and status then changed to CLOSED.
