E1: 76C: Web Client Exception Received When Cancelling Sales Order Detail Line with Colombia Localization Active and Display Before Accept Prompt Sales Order Entry (P4210) Processing Option Active (Doc ID 2470404.1)

With Colombia Localization active, and the Display Before Accept Prompt active in Sales Order Entry (P4210), users receive a web exception error after cancelling a sales order detail line and saving the order. The line appears to cancel. When the user clicks to save the order, the application hangs then displays the Select Application Failure Header Label with a message indicating There was a problem with the server while running business function PlugAndPlay_P42232.  Clicking to close this error then displays a web client exception.

When the user turns off the Sales Order Entry (P4210) Display Before Accept Prompt processing option for the version of sales order entry, the user is able to cancel the line however the F76CUI04 is not updated nor a new record written to reflect the cancelled line.

A web exception error is also triggered if the user attempts to revise the tax rate area on the order, make any change to the order, or inquire and click Ok on an existing order.
