E1: 49: R4981 Does Not Fail when the Unique Key (UK01) in F4981 is Not Unique (Doc ID 2470930.1)

When the next number from F00022 that is used as Unique Key ID (UK01) in F4981 is NOT unique then the R4981 still seemingly completes successfully.
There is no error in the work center or on the PDF however it fails to create the F4981 records due to duplicate key error which can be seen in the logs.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Enter Transportation sales order
2) Approve and confirm shipment
3) P00022 Change UKID for F4981 to a number that has already been used
4) Run R4981 and it completes successfully
5) However there is no record created in the F4981 as the Insert failed
