E1: 09: Transactions to Batch Headers Integrity Rebuilds Missing Batch Header with Incorrect User ID Value (R007021) (Doc ID 2472470.1)

Symptoms

When the Transactions to Batch Headers Integrity (R007021) is run to rebuild missing batch header (F0011) records, the User ID value that is populated on the recreated F0011 records is inconsistent.  When a journal entry “G” batch contains just one unique document number in the F0911 detail records, the R007021 uses the Transaction Originator value in the F0911 records to populate the rebuilt F0011 User ID value.  Conversely, if the journal entry “G” batch contains more than one unique document number in the F0911 detail records, the R007021 uses the User ID value in the F0911 records to populate the rebuilt F0011 User ID value.  This inconsistency in how the recreated F0011 User ID value is populated can create issues for batch approval and post security functionality because depending upon how this value is populated, the user and approver in question may not be able to review and/or approve certain batches.
