Symptoms

After successfully setting up the UX one configuration, when trying to view a UX One Page, springboard pane does not display the expected tasks. For example: Following error is displayed in the springboard pane if 'BUYERJDE' role is used to sign in to JDE and Strategic Buyer Quote Order Page is viewed:

The folder is either empty or you don't have access to the folder

This issue occurs only when logging in with specific UX One role . If a user signs in using *ALL role,  the springboard section of UX one page displays all the tasks fine without any errors.
