Program: R40R010 - Create Schedule UBE

Business Scenario

When using Demand Scheduling, customers may request emergency orders after hours to have parts shipped to them.  The next day, they send in the quantity with the previous date as the requested date in their EDI data.  This data processes without error when running the R47171 to create demand detail (F40R11) records, but fails when attempting to create the sales order using the R40R010 with the following error in the work center:

Subject : Error: Date Invalid
Cause. . . . . The date that you have keyed in as the requested date must be greater than or equal to the transaction date. Resolution . . Enter a requested date greater than the transaction date.

How can this error be avoided and how should the one-off or emergency orders be handled in Demand Scheduling.
