JDE1: 12: Cost Summary Showing Future Year Balances Without Supporting F1202 Records (Doc ID 2473457.1)

On : 9.2 version, Fixed Assets

The Cost Summary screen is showing balances for future years - when there are no supporting F1202 records.

The system should only display balances for years that have F1202 records with balances in then on the Cost Summary screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 1. Create an asset master record
2. Add balances using the Beginning Balance program
3. View Cost Summary in the current fiscal year (2018 - using an "R" date pattern)
4. Exit Cost Summary screen and re-inquire on the Cost Summary
5. Prior to pushing the FIND button, change the Thru Date/Period field to 12/31/2019.
6. Hit the FIND button and see that the balances for 2018 are now displaying in the Cost Summary screen for 2019.
7. Do the same thing in fiscal year 2020. Again, the 2018 balances are showing in 2020.
8. View the F1202 records for the asset in Databrowser... selecting only by the asset number. See that there are only F1202 records are for 2018.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see incorrect values on the Cost Summary screen.
