After updating the Server Manager Console to Tools Release 9.2.3.x an Agent Update is also required. After selecting the Managed Home Location and clicking the Update button the Managed Home Location shows as down/stopped. When checking the Windows Services Control Panel on the machine the SM Management Agent service is not there.
When trying to run the restartagent.bat and installAgentService.bat manually the following is seen:
