Symptoms

After upgrade from TR 8.98.4.4 to 9.2.1.8 customer is unable to create grid format in application P47070. The error happens in all environments including Pristine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Launch application P47070
2.  Open the Grid Format Manager
3.  Make any change and click on Save
4.  Enter a grid name and click on OK

The following error is displayed:
Product Code is Invalid or Null CAUSE .......The Product Code passed into the OMW functions is invalid or null.RESOLUTION..Please enter a valid Product Code.
