Symptoms

Task Menu Index build fails for specific roles. Resubmit the build from P90013 then the status shows "Pending" but nothing happens. Delete the "Pending" record and login with the specific role, then it started building index, but after a while, it shows "Failed" again?

Exception is thrown in method : MenuIndex.verifyFilterAndAdd
