Symptoms

When using P90013 [Task Index Build], on a setup with load balancer, hundreds of F90012 [DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR] errors flooded e1root HTML log.

e1root.log contain errors:

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User 1 with Role X logins into Instance A.The index for role X is not built so the Instance A start building it.
2. User 2 with Role X logins and the load balancer redirects to Instance B. The index is still not built for role X, so it also start to build the index for it.
3. Notice the [DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR] errors in e1root.
