Symptoms

Personalize Grid icon is missing/not available when a Personal Form is selected in Personalization box.

Steps:

  1. Fastpath P0014.

  2. Click Personal Form icon. Click Save. Type PF01 in [Enter New Name:] box. Close Personal Forms Manager side panel. Notice 'Personalize Grid' icon is missing.
      

  3. Select (No Personalization) in Personalization box. Notice 'Personalize Grid' icon is available.
