E1: MOBJ: When Using PaperClip to Open Media Object Text Attachments, Unable to Edit - Only the X (Cancel) Button is Visible in Media Object Viewer for Some Applications (Doc ID 2484442.1)

Symptoms

In certain applications like P01012, P4310, etc, when a user clicks on the PaperClip icon beside a grid row, only the X (Cancel) button is visible and no other buttons can be seen. User is unable to edit Media Object. However, for application like P13700, all buttons are visible.
