Symptoms

 9.2 release - currently, the Unscheduled Delivery functionality does not allow the addition of new "STOPS". Per BUG 10783340, "The assignment of the unscheduled delivery freight charges come from the original From/To on the load. Not from the unscheduled delivery From/To address information”.
