E1: 07: Termination Dates Are Causing Issues With Position Control

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Terminated employees position ID is removed with their status changed to vacant in position master detail. A new employee is hired into this position the system flags a duplicate position status. A termination date is entered on work with employee activity the effective through date changes to this date on all previous activity.
Position control and budget reported as all activity has a current date and is included in the projected salary which causes an over inflation of reported amounts.
