Symptoms

After upgrading to 9.2.3.1 the enabling of debug logging on Enterprise server kernels stopped working.

The following error can be seen in the SVM console log:


The error message shows that Server Manager failed to turn on logging.

 Upgrading to Tools Release 9.2.3.1, 9.2.3.2 or 9.2.3.3
