E1: JAS: Calendar Visual Assist Does Not Stay Open in Google Chrome (Doc ID 2487891.1)

In any application that contains a date field, if you try to access the Calendar visual assist (e.g. requested date, start date, effective date, order date etc.) after clicking the calendar, the icon disappears and doesn't display anything. Calendar won't open regardless the times you click on the visual assist.

However, if <F2> is pressed, the calendar will display. Issue specific to Chrome other browsers work correctly Firefox and IE.
