E1: CFR11: Audit File Unique Key Constraint Error When Processing Multi-threaded Jobs (Doc ID 2489929.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 23, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When running UBE in a multi-threaded job queue with auditing enabled on the table linked to it, insert fails in CFR11 auditing table F9500004.

Error captured in the jde log:

CFR11 code in Enterpriseone uses F9500003 header and F9500004 detail tables.  Running a multi-threaded jobs with the same user ID (this process was submitted by high end servers, not by a user or users) is generating the same GUI and, in this case, when using a multi-threaded job queue, the same GUID (part of the unique key for F9500003 & F9500004) is trying to be inserted into the F9500004, but the record already exists and and error is generated.
