Symptoms
When creating a SEPA Direct Debit using SEPA Direct Debit Extractor - EU - 03B (R743005), if the Enterprise Server time is between 00:00 and 00:59, the CreDtTm tag is populated incorrectly. This will result in the rejection of the XML file.
CreDtTm (Creation date and time) tag should be populated as follows:
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss
However, when the hour is zero, the XML will populate the CreDtTm as follows:
YYYY-MM-DDTmm:ss:
