Symptoms
Symptoms for this issue may be inability to load a par file containing data dictionary items in Object Management Workbench (OMW) or trying to do a get or advanced get of an application or report where custom data dictionary items were created and used. Basically, the par file will not get loaded or the object will fail with errors generating in the logging.
The jde log generates the following errors:
