E1: KER: Call Object Kernels Failed to Start Due to Insufficient Amount of Security Kernel (Doc ID 2491259.1)

Symptoms


On a JDE Enterprise Server, increase maxNumberOfProcesses for Call Object Kernel (COK) and have all COK auto start using numberOfAutoStartProcesses=15 and increase maxKernelProcesses accordingly, when try to start JD Edwards service, get this error in the Call Object Kernel log


This only happens with 3 out of 15 Call Object Kernel, the other 12 starts correctly.
