E1: E1PAGES: Unable To Switch E1 Pages After UBE Submission When "Open Application In New Window" Enabled (Doc ID 2491411.1)

In 9.2 releases, users are not able to change E1 page selections after submitting a report when the user configures applications to open in a new window.

Steps to Replicate:


1. Enable the option for applications to open in a new window via user preferences
2. Navigate to a report via E1 menu and select a report to open Batch Versions
3. Submit report, Close application window to return to E1 homepage
4. Attempt to switch to a different E1 page



 Enabled the user preference to "Open Application in New Window".
