Symptoms

The new Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) lease standard will be effective beginning with fiscal year 2021-2022.

JD Edwards currently has executed functionality for FASB 842/ IFRS 16, which  is related to Lessor accounting while GASB 87 is related to Lessee Accounting.

At this time there is no solution for lessors to address this functionality.   It is requested to review the feasibility and user interest to create a solution for this functionality.
