Chile has a new legal modification that effects the former SII N ° 2 from January 12, 2018.  The regulations indicate that there is now a classification of Retaining Taxpayers and Risky Taxpayers.  When a Retainer taxpayer makes a purchase to a Risky Taxpayer, the regulation indicates that the one who makes (Customer) the purchase must issue a purchase invoice indicating that the associated Tax in the mentioned invoice will be 100% withheld.  Since the buyer (Customer) must generate the purchase invoice, JDE does not have the functionality to generate legal documents from the purchasing module.
