Symptoms

If there is User security - such as row security - set up on the user, the Business View - F15017/F1507/F1501B Join View (V15017JE) was not pulling in the proper data, thus causing the Lease Commencement (R15170) unable to create the amortization schedule and/or commencement journal entry.  Additionally, the same issue appears for Business View - F15017/F1507/F1501B Join for Lessee Acco (V15107JG) used for Balance Sheet Lessee Accounting Journals (R15180).
