Symptoms

After upgrading TR to 9.2.3.1, when building a BSSV package, not all objects are included.
Verified the objects are in F98780R/F98780H repository tables,  but when building a client only update package for BSSV, not all the BSSV objects are copied to the package/java/sbfjars. The missing objects are in F98780R/F98780H.

You may also see the following error in the wls_BusinessServiceCompileLog.
