E1: CAF1: Embedded Form Displays Blank With Message "Synchronizing..." in CafeOne Layout (Doc ID 2494960.1)

Symptoms

After creating a CafeOne layout linking to embedded form P512000 | W512000A (Job Status Inquiry),  users belonging to a specific role is unable to see the embedded form in the CafeOne layout. The embedded form displayed as blank in the layout and a warning message "Synchronizing..." is seen in the embedded form window.

All users of the same role are experiencing this issue. Issue persists regardless of browsers and occurs in all environments.
