Symptoms

Randomly, the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne kernels running on an Enterprise Server connecting to an Oracle RAC database server, start to report in the logs the following error:

 Not known changes have been performed, but Oracle RAC Database system has been restarted (Listeners and Database Instances)
