E1:ORCH More Than 20 Users in Orchestrator Studio Causes Performance and Stability Problems (Doc ID 2497028.1)

Web Server: WLS 12.2.1.2
Orchestrator 6.1.3+

Having instability issues with Orchestrator when more than a few users are logged in. When there are 20-30 users logged in, see high CPU usage on the Orchestrator box and AIS Server. Eventually Orchestrator will just shut down. At this point, users are being kicked out and must restart Orchestrator server. Seeing a few users booted out(session timed out).  In the logs, can see a lot of "Closing socket...idle timeout 5 seconds" errors.
