Symptoms

Issue with Columbia localization and R4981. Where the user's country code is set to CO for Columbia, R4981 will not produce a report when tax explanation code on the transportation route (P4950) is set to E, while the tax on the Carrier is set to Y. The Calculate Freight Charge Tax function N4900285 returns error code 49FT, 'Tax Errors in freight Update'
