Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Fixed Assets

When running User Defined Deprecation (R12855) with the Period/Date field left blank on the Process tab of the processing options, the system throws error 068G: Depreciation Rule Setup Error even though the depreciation rule is setup correctly in Work With Depreciation Rules (P12851). When this processing option is left blank, the system should pull the period/date from the Company setup.
