E1: 46L: Loose Items not Shown in P46L30 Assign/Remove Items to License Plate

Symptoms
When using P46L30, Assign/Remove Items to License Plate, the loose items are not displayed. Analysis shows that this is caused by the fact that records cannot be inserted into the F46LUI01 work table because the value used for JOBS is based on the UKID from F00022. This field is 15 characters long but the JOBS field is only 8 characters. After the UKID gets above 8 digits the application will no longer show search results.
