Symptoms

AIS Get Text attachment fails if option "Keep JAS Session Open" is enabled

Customer using get text attachment API from AIS server. When the option "keep JAS Session Open" is enabled the request fails with the error:

JAS MO RESPONSE: "Error: Invalid Login (The list of Environments and Roles was returned unexpectedly.)"

When the the option "Keep JAS Session Open" is disabled, the request works as expected.
