E1: GRID: Watchlist Doesn't Work When "Bypass Form Processing" Is Checked (Doc ID 2504546.1)

Symptoms

When creating a watchlist if the "Bypass Form processing" is not checked the watchlist works flawlessly and the watchlist can be refreshed without any problem. If the "Bypass Form processing" option is checked the watchlist is unable to run and theres a yellow warning sign beside it.

The AIS logs show the following error:

buildExceptionResponseString START java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP
response code: 500 for URL: http://TTESTSERVER:9999/jde/SilentAppLaunch
