Symptoms

When entering a Manual T4 Entry, user receives error: 'JAS_MSG317: Duplicate key not allowed'. Even with the error given, an incomplete record is created in the F77200.  Since the record is incomplete, the record has to be deleted or manually updated in the table in order to be a valid record.
