E1:75A P75A700 Reporting Double Gross Amount In STP (Doc ID 2505811.1)

System: E1 release 9.0
Actual behavior: Employee is paid with regular wages in the amount of 163.86. Employee also have a benefit DBA 4000 to -100% the wages. Due to the low wages, there was no Federal tax, only New South Wales employer paid tax type J in the amount of 9.84. Currently, when this scenario is presented, system is taking the wages and double of it to be 327.72 (163.86 x 2) and report this amount under pay period taxable gross in the STP under the summary section. Furthermore, system also took the employer paid of tax type J and place this amount of 9.84 under the Pay period PAYG withholding and reported this on the STP as well. Again, only under the summary section of the company. Under the employee detail section in the STP, the amount is reported correctly of 163.86
