Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

If the pricing schedule is overridden for a credit order created using Credit Memo, the new schedule is saved but it does not reflecting in the price. Still, the old pricing of sales order is used.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Raised a Credit Order with Sales order ledge.
  2. Pricing from sale order also picked up for credit order.
  3. Override the pricing schedule in credit order.
  4. Note the pricing is not reflecting correctly in credit order. It still shows old pricing structure of sales order even if repriced the order.
