On : 9.2 version, Activities
For release 9.2, when you have a record in Who's Who from the Address Book flagged as a primary Contact and subsequently try to add the new contact in CRM P90CA080 Search for Customers, you receive Error 721B - More then one primary contact.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open the who is who of a customer
2) Set one of the contacts to primary
3) Go to CRM application P90CA080 tab contact and partner and try to add a new contact. When clicking on the save changes button the error 721B will shown and you are not able to add the new contact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter another contact into CRM Customers P90CA080.
