Symptoms

When running as Administrator the UN3.exe setup program on Deployment server (Windows 2016 Server), that program exit always abruptly at 29% with message 'JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Installation has stopped working'.

Issue is specific to Windows 2016 Server Operating System.
