Goal

Question 1
Is it possible to manually add additional charges to a shipment for both billable and/or payable charge type ?
These charges would be arbitrary amounts and not tied to a rate definition necessarily.

Question 2
After overriding a shipments payable and/or billable charges in P4945, can these values be reset to their original amounts which were calculated through TMS based on the original rate definition?
