System:E1 9.2.
Actual behavior: oVertex February Monthly is installed. Employee have GTL (group Term Life) DBA with the Fringe Taxable Benefit type GTL radio button selected. Pay type contained H2 in the tax exemption form. Unemployment table for tax type H2 is override with zero rate. Employee work/resident tax area is 48. When the above scenario is presented, system created negative excess amount for 48/H2.
