E1: 46: R46171 Pick Request Is Validating Potency When Potency Control Is Turned Off In Branch Plant (Doc ID 2512893.1)

R46171 Location Selection Driver is validating < From Potency> value even if is actually turned OFF in the item branch as item uses Grade only.

1.There is an item in a warehouse branch plant that has follow setup in Additional System Info (P41026) :
Potency Control = N (Item does not use POTENCY)
- From Potency = 100
- Thru Potency = 100
Grade Control = Y
- Standard Grade = 556
- From Grade = 556
- Thru Grade = 556
2.There is enough quantity available in a secondary fixed location and a specific lot.
3.Potency functionality is not set on this lot (P4108) .
4.Processing optins for P4210 Sales order setup :
Tab 1-Defaults, 4. Override Next Status = 535
Tab 13-Warehouse, 1. Request Processing Mode = 1 = Generate requests only
5.Enter a Sales order P4210 for the warehouse.
6.The Picking Request (P4600 ZJDE0002) is created and has the status = 200
7.Run R46171 Location Selection Driver , version XJDE0002 Process Pick Requests and see the error 3448 Quantity remains .
8.In P4600 Picking Request Inquiry, the status moved to 220 .
9.In P4617 Pick Confirmation - Warehouse Confirmation , the Pick suggestion has status 300 due to **3448 error displayed in From Location.
10.Remove the value from Additional System Info (P41026).
11.Run Resuggest Pick Request R46171 (XJDE0005) and in the P4617 Pick Confirmation - Warehouse Confirmation , the error **3448 disappeared . In the field , the Location with quantity available was selected.

R46171 Location Selection Driver do not have to validate the < From Potency> value if the Item does not use Potency Control.
